Barber
Miguel grew up on the east side of Vancouver, and people are surprised to hear he almost went into welding before a friend handed him a pair of clippers. Open, easygoing and precise with shears and a razor, he plays guitar on his days off and is saving for his first motorcycle to ride the Columbia River Gorge.

Owner of Chico's Classic Barbershop in Vancouver, WA
I fell in love with cutting hair before I ever had a license. When I decided to make it my trade, my mom backed me, and WorkSource backed me too: the WIOA program helped cover barber school, my tools, even the gas to get to class in Portland. While I was learning, I spent Fridays giving free haircuts to people who couldn't afford one, through 4D Recovery. That's where I really learned to listen to the person in the chair.

Booking ahead is recommended. Walk-ins are welcome when a barber is available.
Can I choose my barber?
Yes. Choose your barber when booking your appointment.
Which service should I book for a skin fade?
Select Skin Fade rather than the standard Haircut service. For a haircut and beard combination, follow the extra-time instructions shown in the booking menu.
What if my hair is shoulder length or longer?
Choose the Medium-Long Length Haircut option under Haircut. If you're unsure which service to select, call the shop before booking.
Do you offer kids' haircuts?
Yes. Select Kid's Cut in the booking menu to see the available options, prices, and times.
Do I need a card to book?
A card is required to hold your appointment. Review the booking terms before confirming.
What if I'm running late?
Please call (360) 896-8159 as soon as you know you'll be late. Allow extra travel time during busy traffic periods.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
Appointments missed without calling are charged the full service amount. If your plans change, contact the shop.
